Who is responsible

What this site collects

This site has no accounts and no advertising trackers. The only personal data it collects is what you choose to send through the contact form.

Contact form

When you send the contact form, your name, work email, company, team size, what you need, your message and how you heard about us are stored in a Google Form and its linked Google Sheet, owned by Ship with AI Lab, and a copy is emailed to connect@shipwithai-lab.com. They are used only to reply to your enquiry and to prepare a proposal if you ask for one. They are never sold, shared, or added to a mailing list.

Newsletter subscriptions are handled by Substack. When you subscribe, your email address is stored by Substack under their privacy policy. It is used only to send the newsletter and is never sold or shared.

Bookings

Session bookings are handled by Google Calendar appointment scheduling. The name and email you provide are used to confirm and run the session, and for invoicing where applicable. They are not added to any mailing list.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Your card number and banking details are entered on Stripe's secure, encrypted checkout and stored by Stripe. This site and I never see or store them. For each payment I keep only what is needed to issue an invoice and meet Indian export reporting rules: your name, billing address, the service description, and the amount.

Where data is processed

Substack, Google, and Stripe may process data on servers outside India. Each operates under its own privacy policy and security standards.

Your data

To ask what data exists about you or to request deletion, email connect@shipwithai-lab.com. Invoice records are kept for as long as Indian tax law requires.
