The business provides AI training, workflow implementation, second opinion reviews, ongoing consulting partnerships, and a newsletter, for product and engineering teams. By booking a session or engagement, you agree to these terms.
Services and booking
Training is delivered live over video call at a scheduled date and time. Implementation, second opinion reviews and ongoing partnerships are scoped individually after an intro call. Bookings are made through the calendar link on this site. Scope, schedule, and fees for paid work are confirmed in writing before the engagement starts.
Fees and currency
Fees are not published on this site. Every engagement is quoted individually, because the fee depends on the size of the team and the scope of the work, and the quote is confirmed in writing before the engagement starts. Clients outside India are invoiced in US dollars (USD). Clients in India are invoiced in Indian rupees (INR). The amount and currency are stated on the invoice before payment. Fees exclude any taxes that apply in your country.
Payment
Fees are agreed before the engagement and invoiced as described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Payment is accepted by bank transfer or by card through Stripe, a regulated payment processor. Work begins once the agreed payment terms are met.
International clients
All services are delivered remotely and are available to clients outside India. Cross-border payments are received as an export of services from India and are subject to Indian foreign exchange regulations. Nothing is shipped physically.
Recordings and materials
Session recordings and materials are provided for the internal use of attendees and their team. They may not be resold, republished, or redistributed outside the attending organization without written permission.
Confidentiality
Anything you share about your team, product, or workflows during a session or engagement is treated as confidential and is not shared or used in public content without your permission.
Liability
Training and consulting are professional advice and training. Decisions made and systems built based on them remain your responsibility. Liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the engagement in question.
Export and legal restrictions
All services are delivered online. Nothing physical is shipped, so no customs or shipping restrictions apply. Services are not offered to people, businesses or countries under sanctions imposed by India or the United Nations. Clients are responsible for any local rules that apply to their own use of the services.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Nadiad, Gujarat have jurisdiction.
